Husky Freedom Drive Over Containment Berm

Husky Portable Containment Freedom drive thru spill containment berm is designed for use by cars, vehicles and other heavy equipment. The drive over design provides convenient and portable drive over access for vehicles in the field.

The Freedom secondary containment berm is designed with self rising foam end walls. Vehicles drive onto and off of the berm through the end walls of the berm. 

The Freedom berm offers three different side wall designs.

Choose from the following side wall design options:

• Freedom Type II: Air Chamber Side Walls.
• Freedom Type III: Self Rising Foam Side Walls.
• Freedom Type IV: Aluminum Angle Side Walls.

Freedom Berm Liner Options: 

• Exlon liner - is an ethylene interpolymer alloy designed for UV resistance, heat resistance, abrasion, puncture resistance, and excellent cold cracking quality.
• XR-5 liner - is compatible with harsh liquids and includes low thermal expansion / contraction and superior UV / chemical resistance with tensile strength.

Optional Accessories (available for all Freedom berms):

• Tread Pads - provides additional strength to the berm floor in vehicle track areas.
• Ground covers - protects the berm from punctures and other ground hazards.
• Track belting - provides extreme protection to your berm floor from heavy duty vehicle tracks.

Freedom Berm Type II: Air Chamber Side Walls

One-piece designed berms with air chamber sidewalls and self-rising foam end walls. No assembly required.

Sidewall air chambers are equipped with a pressure relief valve to prevent over inflation. End walls can be driven over repeatedly with no damage.

Freedom Berm Type III: Self Rising Foam Side Walls

The Freedom Berm Type III includes a self rising foam wall design on both the end walls and side walls of the secondary containment berm.

No inflation and no assembly required.

The sidewalls rise with the level of liquid entering the berm.

Set up time is as quick as you can unfold the berm.

• HR polyurethane foam filled floatation collar.
• Rigid support gives the wall greater stability and strength.

Freedom Berm Type IV: Aluminum Angle Side Walls

The Freedom Berm Type IV is designed with aluminum angle side walls and self-rising foam end walls.

Side walls have pockets every 24" or less to accept angle brackets. End walls can be driven over repeatedly with no damage. The design allows you to drive out of the berm without having to leave your vehicle to open the end walls.

The Type IV Freedom Berm offers a heavy duty design suited for tanker trucks and other heavy duty vehicles.

• 6061-T6 aluminum angle brackets bend 90 degrees.
• Side wall pockets 2' apart that accept the angle brackets.
• Self supporting foam flotation collar end walls.
