Ultratech Modular IBC Tote Spill Containment Pallet

The Ultratech modular polyethylene (LLDPE) IBC tote spill containment pallet system allows you to connect multiple containment pallets within a single containment system.

The modular IBC tote spill containment system offers a low profile highly customizable shareable containment system.

Note: an Assembly Kit is required for all modular spill pallet options below.

Types:

• Standard 2 Tank - Holds up to two IBC's.
• Standard 3 Tank - Holds up to three IBC's.
• Standard 4 Tank - Holds up to four IBC's.
• Standard 5 Tank - Holds up to five IBS's.
• Hard Top 2 Tank - Secure lockable outdoor storage for two IBC's.
• Hard Top 3 Tank - Secure lockable outdoor storage for three IBC's.
• Hard Top 4 Tank - Secure lockable outdoor storage for four IBC's.
• Hard Top 5 Tank - Secure lockable outdoor storage for five IBC's.

Containment Capacity:

• 2 Tank - 280 gallons.
• 3 Tank - 355 gallons.
• 4 Tank - 365 gallons.
• 5 Tank - 375 gallons.

Features:

• Each IBC tank sits on a heavy duty spill pallet with a capacity of 9,000 lbs.
• Each low profile spill pallet has a containment capacity of 75 gallons.
• Modular spill pallets can be connected together with bulkhead fittings.
• Two bulkhead fittings are used to connect one pallet to the next.
• Flow Through bulkhead fittings (1.25 inch diameter) are used to connect spill pallets and expansion tanks together.
• Bulkhead fittings allow spills to be channeled throughout the containment system, thereby "borrowing" containment capacity from adjacent spill pallets and expansion tanks.
• Meets SPCC & EPA Container Storage Regulation 40 CFR 264.175 Spill Containment Regulations.
• Provides secondary spill containment for intermediate bulk containers (IDC's), tanks, totes and other large containers.
• Polyethylene design offers chemical resistance & will not rust or corrode.

Modular Tank Setup Notes & Options:

• You can purchase a standard 2 tank / 3 tank / 4 tank / 5 tank setup or create your own custom setup by purchasing multiple configurations.
• Connecting an expansion tank to a spill pallet requires two bulkhead fittings.
• Bulkhead fittings are included with each 2 tank / 3 tank / 4 tank / 5 tank setup.
• Once 5 or more spill pallets are connected together, the total combined containment capacity is 375 gallons and does not require the use of an expansion tank to meet the spill containment regulations.

Additional Add On Options:

• Bulkhead Fittings (Set of 2) - Required for connecting an additional modular spill pallet or an expansion tank to an existing modular spill pallet.
• Expansion Tank - Adds 65 gallons of existing containment capacity to a modular spill pallet (requires Bulkhead fittings to be connected).
